Sharbati atta is also known as MP wheat since it is derived from wheat grown in the Sehore and Vidisha regions of MP. Sharbati atta is finer in texture and sweeter in taste than other attas; its grains are bigger in size with a golden sheen to them.
Sharbati Atta is ground by the traditional process, which is slower than mill grounding, ensuring fine, even grains and preserving the natural oils and vitamins present in the wheat.
