Refund

We at SKYWORLD SOLUTIONS do not offer refunds. However, in case our customer receives a damaged product or if it does not match the order placed, we are more than happy to exchange it. Please check our Exchange & Return page for more details.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy allows our customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of the order placed. Any request placed after the 24 hour window will not be considered valid. Bespoke or customised orders cannot be cancelled.
